Whether you're dreaming big or simply seeking a change, we’ve got you covered.
Introducing the Leap Map; created for anyone looking to embrace change, shake off limitations and explore that feeling of wanting something different!
A leap is a courageous, intentional step into the unknown.
It's about choosing to leave behind the familiar to move towards a life that aligns more deeply with your values, goals, or sense of purpose. It’s about trusting in possibility, even when certainty is out of reach.
A leap may involve relocating, shifting careers, taking a break, or simply prioiritisting something that brings you joy. It’s not just about changing location; it’s about embracing personal growth, experimentation, and resilience in the face of uncertainty.
is something telling you it's time for a change?
Every great adventure starts with a sense of wanting something different. A bold idea. A dream.
What can be challenging is turning that dream or feeling into reality. And that's where the Leap Map comes in.
It's been lovingly designed based on our own personal experience of taking a leap and our expertise in human centred design. It has been created to guide you through essential and perception shifting questions as you consider taking your own leap.
From creating a vision that excites you, to tackling the sticky bits, challenging your beliefs and deciding what you will take with you, this map helps turn your dreams and bold ideas into a tangible way forward.
Hi, we're Bec and Erin! Creators of the Leap Map.
We both have our own stories of taking big leaps and stepping away from the familiar to embrace new adventures.
Erin left Australia two years ago and never looked back, while Bec is currently living in the UK with her family, exploring life on a “gap year.”
We created the Leap Map because we know how exhilarating and daunting it can be to uproot your life, change your path, and step into the unknown.
Through our experiences, we’ve learned that leaping into something new isn’t about perfection -it’s about exploration, growth, and aligning with what truly matters.
That’s why we designed this map—not to tell you what to do, but to help you navigate the journey on your own terms, with clarity and confidence.
With the Leap Map, you’ll have everything you need to leap with confidence.
Don’t let the simplicity of the Leap Map fool you, these are powerful questions curated based on real life leaping and decades of experience.
Provocative questions to help you visualise and uncover the possibilities.
Mindset-shifting guidance to tackle the (real or perceived) fears, doubts, and beliefs that might be standing in your way.
Tips and tricks for setting you up for success while you complete your map.
A plan on a page that captures your vision, thoughts and ideas in one place.
Option to work 1:1 with a Leap Coach.

We believe that the process of working through the Leap Map is just as important as the decision/s you end up making.
Consider this a thought experiment that may take you somewhere unexpected…

"Taking this leap with my family has been one of the most challenging and rewarding decisions I’ve ever made. It’s opened our eyes to what’s possible when you let go of fear and follow curiosity. I hope the Leap Map helps others take that first step and discover the incredible opportunities waiting on the other side."
When Bec's not helping people think through their leaps, she's captain of Rowboat, a small human-centred design agency helping organisations improve the experience their employees have with them. This ranges from visioning workshops, deep ethnographic research conversations, synthesising thousands of data points and creating prototypes to test out in the world.

"Leaving Australia and embracing a new life in Bali wasn’t easy, but it’s been the most freeing decision I’ve ever made. The Leap Map is for anyone who feels that pull for something more—it’s not about having all the answers, but about asking yourself the right questions and trusting yourself to take the leap."
Alongside helping others take a leap, Erin is the Founder of Hive Collective, where she works with leaders to authentically engage with those they serve, bringing them on the journey of change while elevating the voices of those who may not have traditionally had a voice in shaping the things that directly impact them through human centred design.
Erin's passion for mental health, neurodivergence awareness, and community-centred solutions shines through in her work, making her a trusted guide for those ready to embrace meaningful change.
